1. Addressing Alarms – Coordinate with the market’s next level support if necessary.
  2. It is completely normal that alarms will need to be cleared during integration. All hardware related alarms are for the FOPS to verify on site.
  3. Other common alarms like License Key File Fault, License Key for Feature Missing, or any license related alarms need to be coordinated with the market’s next level support if necessary to be addressed.
  4. Addressing any alarm is easy if you have gone through the proper related steps. If you are confronted with an unfamiliar alarm, please refer to Ericsson’s Active Library Explorer (ALEX) which can guide you through the troubleshooting process.
