1. Once complete, close this window and click Refresh Tree again.
2. Right click the Upgrade Package name again and select Upgrade. This process will complete in about 5 minutes.
3. Once you click on execute, there will be a series of windows that pop up.
4. Do not close these windows.
5. When progress bar reaches 16 out of 19, 'awaiting confirmation' will appear below the progress bar.
