• Channel Bandwidth Allocation Alarm – This alarm comes up even if the integration unlock command had been executed. With this alarm, the site will never come up unless the issue is resolved – a new LKF is needed.

  • To resolve the alarm – A temporary solution to bring up the site is to activate the ‘emergency state’, – “but it is for your switch support to decide” so you can do the call testing.

  • In this case, your support makes an urgent request for a new LKF because you only have 7 days to resolve this situation. If your site can wait until the correct license is ordered and received, there is no need to activate the emergency state. The switch will then execute the MO ‘UpdateLicenseKeyFile’.
