After the OAM script successfully runs, you will need to create a CV or the DUL/S will lose the OAM configuration. This can be done through Element Manager or via CLI.
From the Element Manager:
Click on the drop down menu and select Upgrade and Backup.
Click the CV tab on the right hand side of the screen.
In the lower right hand corner, click Create CV.
