1. Wait for the DUL/S to finish the restart. Once the DUL/S becomes stable (solid green on the LED) and the radios are loaded, your site is about to come up. Your ‘License Key File Fault’ alarm should be clear at this point. You might have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for LTE and the other technology in mixed-mode with it to come up.

  2. Go to HyperTerminal again.

  3. Clear password alarm.

  4. Type in: passwd.

  5. Enter rbs as the new password.

  6. Confirm the password.

  7. When the site comes up, you can now perform basic call tests, check traffic and have SWOPS monitor KPI. Check any remaining alarm/s and proceed to section on Post Integration Alarms in this training if you have issues on how to clear them. Your DUL/S replacement is now completed.

If there are any residual alarms present, refer back to Topic Common Post Integration Alarms to resolve any and all site level issues. If there is a continuing alarm present that cannot be resolved, please reach out to the local Switch Team and or BSS Group directly.
