This course will give technicians a basic understanding of the tools needed to succeed in their field operations role and will guide them through the integration of one configuration type as a case study. The course will also familiarize technicians with and instruct them to apply the site configuration design documents and MOP Documents such that the technician can successfully integrate all company approved site configurations.
