The SW level or version is shown below as R22E. Sometimes, a new SW will be released and your market has not completed the upgrade for all sites in your market.. This procedure also applies if you get the cv from the OSS server – i.e. when the old DUL/S is not accessible on site. Example – LMT ports aren’t functioning anymore or the DU won’t power up. This method will let you identify the exact SW version of the Upgrade Package when the cv was pulled-out.

After the SW Package revision is identified and you’ve finished loading the right SW package to the new DU by following the section “Loading Basic and Upgrade Package Onto A DUL/S”, you are now ready to load the cv into it.
