How to verify DUL/DUS Alarms Using ALEX – through LTE OSS window.

  1. Prerequisite: You are logged-in to VPN account and to your LTE OSS.
  2. On your LTE OSS window, click Launch > Application > Ericsson > Documentation > ALEX.
  3. Once the ALEX window is opened, follow the same steps in slide no. 116 to 119 to verify your alarm/s.
