After the OAM script successfully runs, you will need to create a CV or the DUL/S will lose the OAM configuration. This can be done through Element Manager or via CLI.
From the Element Manager:
- Click on the drop down menu and select Upgrade and Backup.
- Click the CV tab on the right hand side of the screen.
- In the lower right hand corner, click Create CV.
